Yes, and enforce the immigration laws as intended, allow for better entry/exit visa tracking, and help honest immigrants obtain work visas based on a merit system that can be used to help them obtain citizenship if they desired; we should let the states manage their own borders. However, make the process for legal immigration easier and obtain access to work visas so that illegal immigration decreases and is not as prevalent in our nation.
