No, but consider medical use. If prescribed by a doctor, then yes, but we can't decriminalize drug use and make it recreational simply because it has medicinal benefits because people will take that out of context.

Not decriminalization but no more incarceration. We must mandate treatment. Incarcerate for doing drugs in public.
